LAKE MINNEHAHA on the Clermont Chain of lakes is DIRECTLY out your back door! Walk out onto the dock and jump in your boat, relax on the lower OR upper deck for some Florida sunshine! Incredible start to your new life here. Work from home? Amazing room with sliding glass doors opening out onto the pavered patio, but these view are incredible. You will be relaxed and productive with these vistas as your backdrop. If you don't need this as an office, it is bedroom number 2! The master suite has a large sitting area at the lakeside, again taking full advantage of these water views. There is a closet system in the 9x8 room with plenty of room! The master bathroom is gorgeous - soaking garden and separate shower, dual sinks at the raised vanity with granite counters. The formal living room will actually be used in this home! 2 sided fireplace to one side, and the lakeviews out the picture windows make this an incredible place to si and relax, read a book or entertain.
