Raised in Central Ohio (Upper Arlington) and now residing in Northwest Columbus, I have been a dedicated full-time real estate agent since 2004, assisting thousands of buyers, sellers and investors. Before transitioning to real estate, I spent three decades building expertise in the construction and fireplace industry. My focus has always been on delivering exceptional customer service by listening, fully understanding clients' needs & desires, then offering professional advice and positive action moving forward. Beyond Real Estate, I enjoy spending time with my 2 sons, their wives and 6 grandkids (all 4 years old and younger... 4 boys, 2 girls). Tennis, hiking, skiing and working out in my home gym keeps me in reasonable shape to keep up with the grand-kiddos and especially the fast-paced real estate business.
Personal Development also is important; thus, I attend seminars, read/listen to books and always have a podcast going in the car. I strive to live each day positively and improve myself by constantly learning.
Whether called 'giving forward' or 'paying it back', helping people is a way of life. This includes re-purposing/donating items sellers leave behind (or want to leave behind) to time & funds to charitable causes. I am founding member and board vice president of ‘ElevateUS’, a non-profit offering educational grants & mentorship to deserving individuals looking to get to their next level, improve their lives and businesses, usually through entrepreneurship.
